Refund Policy

We keep refunds simple and transparent. This page explains how deposit and payment refunds work.

What’s refundable

  • Security deposit (₦80,000–₦150,000): released after return and inspection when no extra charges apply.
  • Fees billed in error: refunded once verified.

What’s not refundable

  • Completed rental days and properly applied fees.
  • Service charges for driver-error events (e.g., wrong fuel, lost keys).
  • Fines, tolls, and third-party charges passed to us.

Refund timeline

  • Inspection: at return (or within 24–48h if after hours).
  • Processing: we release the deposit within 1–3 business days after inspection.
  • Bank time: your bank/payment provider may add extra days to display funds.

How we pay refunds

  • Returned to the original payment method only.
  • We’ll email a refund confirmation with a reference.

Deductions (if any)

  • Extra day(s) or late return.
  • Fuel shortfall or missing items (tools, documents).
  • Cleaning/valeting for heavy soiling or smoke.
  • Damage charges/excess (we’ll send a statement with photos).

How to check status

  • Reply to your booking email or contact support with your booking number.
  • We’ll share the refund reference and expected timing.
