Points Program

Earn points when you rent. Redeem them for discounts and perks.

Earning points

• Base: Earn 1 point per ₦1,000 spent on eligible rental charges.
• Boosts: Extra points on selected dates or categories (announced by email).
• Exclusions: Deposits, fines, damage fees, third-party charges don’t earn points.

Redeeming points

• At checkout: Apply points for rental discounts.
• Minimum: Redeem in blocks of 1,000 points.
• Value (launch): 1,000 points = ₦500 discount (adjust later if needed).

Status tiers (optional)

• Silver: 3 rentals in 6 months → small earning bonus.
• Gold: 6 rentals in 12 months → priority support + bigger bonus.
• Platinum: 10 rentals in 12 months → highest bonus + upgrade offers (when available).

Validity & transfers

• Points expire after 18 months of no activity.
• Points are not cash, not transferable, and can’t be sold.

Checking your balance

• See points in My Account or your confirmation emails.

Fraud & adjustments

• We may adjust or cancel points gained through errors or misuse.

Changes

• We may update the program; we’ll post changes on this page.

Can I combine points and promo codes?

Yes, unless a promo states otherwise.

Can I use points on add-ons?

Usually yes for Foxx River add-ons; third-party fees excluded.

What if I cancel a booking paid with points?

Points return to your balance if eligible.
