We will ask for your international passport, national ID card, voter's card, or your driver's license. This will be in addition to other forms of digital identity validation.

As we will be placing our vehicle in your care, we need to know you better.

To be eligible for a self-drive rental contract, we need to validate your Identity and address. We have partnered with Fincra to carry out initial identity checks for us. During your application, Fincra will require validate your face (Selfie) against your BVN/NIN.

Furthermore, at the point of collection, we will validate your face against your physical identity document and payment for the rental vehicle must also come from your personal account number except where you're hiring on behalf of an established company. 

You can rent a car for as long as you wish to, however, if you're renting for a period exceeding 30 days, it is our policy to undertake a physical inspection of the vehicle on the 31st day.  This is so we can be certain that the vehicle is still in a condition good enough to serve you for the remainder of your rental period. 

All rental vehicles are supplied with full tank of fuel. When returning the same vehicle, you must also do so with a full tank of fuel.

Whatever you do, make sure you make it out alive, everything else can be resolved. Our business thrives on people like you hence, your safety as far as we are concerned, is first and foremost. 

Having said that, if you are involved in a non-fault accident which causes a damage in excess of a certain amount (depending on the vehicle make and model), we may lodge a claim with the insurance company. An excess of up to ₦500,000 may be required in contribution towards the repairs of the vehicle. 

 

Our vehicles are extremely sound and has to meet a certain mechanical and cosmetic standard. Each vehicle is vigorously checked before being rented out. In the unfortunate event that a breakdown occurs, we will endeavor to send a replacement vehicle same day if you are within Enugu state. If you are outside Enugu state, we will recover the vehicle within 24 hours and where appropriate, arrange a replacement within that time.

Having said that, we have recorded 0 breakdowns in since inception and you can be confident that you will enjoy a sound and reliable vehicle as part of your rental contract.

Yes, you can however, you must discuss this with us during your rental application as this will notify us to lift geo fencing restrictions and also ensure that the vehicle you rent is fit to take you to and from your destination.

A security bond, typically ₦80,000 is the amount we request that a customer deposits before driving away with a rental vehicle. The security bond is returned to the customer upon the safe return of the vehicle. It is worth noting that you may lose part or all of your bond if the vehicle is returned with a superficial or perhaps significant cosmetic dent/damage.

Yes, you can request to collect a rental vehicle from any of the airports in southeast Nigeria. There is absolutely no additional charge for collecting or dropping off a rental vehicle at Akanu Ibiam airport, Enugu. There may however be additional charges for providing this service at any other airport across other southeast states.

Before we allow you to drive off with any of our vehicles, we will need to validate your Identity, occupation, residential address and source of income. This will enable us to establish that you're a responsible member of the society. These checks typically take less than 10 minutes.
