How It Works

Book online, verify your ID, pick up your keys, and drive. Simple steps from start to finish.

1) Choose your car

• Pick a category (SUV, Sedan, Premium).
• Select dates, pickup location, and add-ons (Get a Driver, Airport Pickup).

2) Verify your identity

• Complete the digital ID check (licence + selfie if requested).
• Bring your physical licence, payment card, and ID to pickup.

3) Pay & confirm

• Pay the daily rate and the refundable deposit (₦80,000–₦150,000).
• Receive a confirmation and a pickup checklist by email/SMS.

4) Pickup

• Meet at the office or airport at the agreed time window.
• We do a Vehicle Condition Report together and you sign the Rental Agreement.

5) During your rental

• Drive safely and follow road rules.
• For issues, call Breakdown Support (number in your agreement).
• Keep fuel receipts if required by your plan.

6) Return

• Return on time, same fuel level, and with all items (keys, docs).
• We complete inspection; deposit is released when all is clear.

Extensions & changes

• Ask before your return time; extra days are billed at the applicable rate.
• Airport handovers can be rescheduled—waiting/after-hours fees may apply.
